We apply the Organization Development Process Model in our consulting. This approach has proven effective in ensuring that the root causes of your issues are addressed, not just the symptoms. By involving your organization in the process, we aim to increase the productive capacity of your organization by embedding the learning that takes place during the project in your employees.

Assessment/Evaluation

We start with the assumption that we need to find out what your needs are based on sound data before suggesting how we might address them (see Our Commitments). We will strive to conduct an assessment of your needs before recommending specific services. Assessment/Evaluation methods include:
