"I have known Dr. Gary McLean for almost ten years. I have had the pleasure of working with him on both academic and organization development projects.

During this period, he has been our contact with the University of Minnesota for the human resource development certificate courses that the UM has been offering in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The HRD Certificate course offerings have been recently augmented by the approval to offer the M.Ed. in HRD in Dhahran.
