Cynthia McLean Lancaster, St. Paul, MN, was born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Graceland University in 1996. In 2003, she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a masters degree in Human Resource Development.

Cynthia most recently worked as an independent consultant in HRD. Prior to that, she was employed with BI for four years, serving as a Project Manager with the e-learning division of the company. Her role involved gathering client requirements, sourcing materials, coordinating the development schedule, and corresponding with clients. She developed the processes used by the Quality Assurance Team and implemented QA software. Prior to this, Cynthia worked at VUE, an electronic testing and certification firm, as the Microsoft Project Coordinator. She helped develop the processes and training materials for the Customer Service Agents.

Her expertise lies in project management and e-learning, and she assists in conducting interviews, marketing, and development of training materials and reports.
